Se trata de 9 cortes que han unido a Thom Yorke, Nigel Godrich, Flea, Joey Waronker y Mauro Refosco. No te lo pierdas, el disco, que estaba entre lo más esperado de Hablatumúsica para 2013, está a la venta a través de XL Recordings. La Fama de la Dhamma - I (2013)
Nacida en la localidad de Punta Alta, “La fama de la Dhamma” (banda que también es apodada “La fama“ o ”LFD“), define su música como rock setentoso, con varias influencias de estilos que aplican en sus canciones, como el rock psicodélico. El grupo está integrado por Ivan Elsasser (Guitarra y voz), Mercedes Calvo (Pandereta y voz), Luciano Canelo (Teclado), Lucía Gonzalez (Bateria) y Leandro Dibártola (Bajo). “Nuestra expectativa es seguir como ahora, divirtiéndonos cada vez que tocamos y tratando de hacerle pasar un bello momento a la gente cuando nos ve en vivo “, comentaron los integrantes de la banda. La Fama se formó a fines de octubre de 2010, cuando Leandro Dibártola (bajo) y Luciano Canelo (teclado) se juntaron a tocar. Más tarde integraron a Ivan Elsasser (guitarra y voz) para armonizar con una guitarra. Pasado un tiempo tocaron con el baterista Andrés Pacheco, quien tuvo que dejar la banda por temas laborales. En Mayo del 2011, se unen Lucía González en batería y Mechi Calvo en voz y pandereta, completando la formación actual. La banda no respeta un género, sino que se mueve a través de influencias. Se puede escuchar influencias de los 70′s, rock psicodélico, mezclado con influencias actuales, dándole así un sonido más moderno.fuente
