Esta banda acaba de nacer y está formada por el guitarrista de Saga Ian Crichton , el batería de Saxon Nigel Glockler y el vocalista y multiinstrumentista Robert Berry ( que estuvo con Keith Emerson y Carl Palmer cuando el trío ELP tocaba sin Greg Lake y se hacían llamar Emerson, Berry & Palmer ) . El origen de la banda se remonta a cuando Glockler y Berry estaban juntos como parte de la banda GTR que formó el guitarrista de YES Steve Howe . Por otra parte, Crichton y Glockler trabajaron en sesiones de grabación del grupo Asia . Por su parte , Berry fue el nexo de unión para que su amigo guitarrista Pat Thrall se uniera a Asia .
