Los dos conciertos que QOTSA dieron en el verano de 2005 en el Brixton Academy y en el Club Koko de Londres , se recogieron en este trabajo que se publicó en formato CD/DVD y supuso su consagración como banda de culto dentro de la corriente " Stoner Rock " ... Su lider , Josh Homme ( voz y guitarra ) , siempre se ha declarado incondicional del " Directo " y aquí da una lección magistral de saber estar en escena y sonar a Rock de verdad , sin caer en mediocridades .
