Armik es un guitarrista Iraní del estilo del "flamenco del nuevo".

A la edad de siete empeñó su reloj por una guitarra clásica, que él ocultó y practicó en su sótano.
Al descubrir su aptitud, sus padres pagaron lecciones de la música.
Él se hizo artista profesional de la grabación, a los 12 años.
Su carrera temprana se centró en jazz; sin embargo, después de ver a Paco de Lucía se inspiro para explorar música española.
Armik ha inventado un nuevo sonido apasionado reconocido por así que muchos como su propio estilo único describió como “Latino-gitano-jazz”.
