 GOODBYE JUNE son Landon Milbourn (voz y guitarra) , Tyler Baker (guitarra solista) y Brandon Qualkenbush (batería y teclado) , tres primos que formaron la banda en homenaje al hermano del guitarrista Tyler que falleció un mes de Junio , de ahí el nombre del grupo . GOODBYE JUNE , formado en Nashville (Tennessee , U.S.A.) , es para los que añoran ese Rock puro , setentero , auténtico y sin fisuras ……… y son , en dos palabras , “muy recomendables” .  

Rock , donde predominan los riffs de guitarra sobre firmes bases de bajo y batería , y donde destaca la voz desgarrada y profunda de Landon ( de las mejores voces en el Rock actual , así , sin más ) .  

Este “ See Where The Night Goes “ es un contundente disco de Rock directo y potente con aires de Blues Rock , sin rodeos ni concesiones , un puñado de canciones que van directas a tu estómago y te obligan a digerirlas sin masticar , de las que te quitan la respiración y estás soltando adrenalina hasta que el vinilo deja de girar en tu tocadiscos .  

GOODBYE JUNE tienen el pedigrí de cuna , denominación de origen que han dejado , una vez más , en éste “ See Where The Night Goes “ , su cuarto disco , publicado este 18 de Febrero pasado ; anteriormente debutaron con “ Nor The Wild Music Flow “ (2012) , al que seguirían “ Magic Valley ” (2017) y “ Community Inn ” (2019) .  

Hacía tiempo que no escribía en esta Casa , la de Tod@s , y creo que me he extendido en demasía , pero tenía ganas y es la única forma de verbalizar , en el mundo virtual , nuestros deseos e inquietudes .  

He llegado hasta GOODBYE JUNE buceando por Spotify , y no me lo puedo quedar para mí sólo , tengo que compartirlo en este grandísimo BLOG al que “ siempre “ acudimos cuando de compartir se trata ……. ahora bien , no quiero desaprovechar la ocasión para dedicarle este discazo al Corazón de este BLOG , Alma y Pulmón de esta Familia a la que “ siempre “ volvemos , por mucho tiempo que pase , pues , creedme , es un buen sitio para encontrar Buena Música y Buena Amistad …….. y el Corazón de este BLOG no puede ser otra ……  Minik , “ Mira adónde va la noche “ , Tú eres La Luz , Nuestra Luz que nos ilumina en las noches más oscuras , y siempre estás ahí en los días más soleados ……. “See Where The Night Goes” va para y por ti , Minik , con todo mi cariño y reconocimiento ……… Mil&1besitos , Corazón !!!!  Long Live This BLOG !!!!  ESCALERO
